Volvox Mobile is an app development company that creates a wide variety of applications. Our applications are designed for Apple and Google platforms, including operating systems (macOS/ iOS/iPadOS/Android) and various devices (phones, tablets, watches, etc.). We create applications that can be downloaded freely and function based on an advertising model. For many of our applications, we also offer a paid version that does not contain advertising. If you do not want us to use your data to tailor the ads displayed within the application, you can choose to use a version that does not contain advertising.

By using the application, you consent to our data processing as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

1. What Data Do Our Applications Obtain?

1.1 We collect data about you and how the applications are used in various ways.

a. Automatically Collected Data – The applications automatically collect certain data, such as the type of device you use, device identifiers (such as the resettable advertising identifier assigned to your device), your IP address, geographical data (such as the location of your device), your operating system, Wi-Fi MAC address in your area, internet browser type, data connection status, success/failure of connection, and data on how you use the application. If you enable 'Location' on your device and allow the application to collect precise location data, the application will collect such data. Furthermore, we may collect location data using network triangulation, GPS, and Wi-Fi IP address to determine your general device location.

b. User-Provided Data – The application obtains data you provide when you download and use the application. We may request:

  • Your name, email address, age, username, password, and other registration data;
  • Transaction-related data such as purchases, responses to offers, or application downloads;
  • Data provided when you contact us for support;
  • Any data you enter into our system while using the application.

8. Subscriptions

8.1 Some features of Atom AI are free, while others require a subscription. Premium features, such as an ad-free experience, premium support, and instant updates, require an auto-renewing subscription from Apple's App Store.

  • 8.2 Auto-renewable subscriptions are purchased via the App Store and renew automatically unless canceled.
  • 8.3 Subscription settings can be modified or canceled via the App Store settings on your device.
  • 8.4 If you purchase a subscription with automatic renewal, you acknowledge that we are authorized to charge your App Store account for renewal. You can disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current term to avoid renewal charges. Refunds will not be provided for the unused portion of any term.

  • 8.6 Apple manages your payment via iTunes, and you will need to contact Apple's customer service for refunds, as we cannot process refunds ourselves. Please note that if you purchase a subscription through the Apple iTunes Store or our iPhone or iPad applications, the sale is final, and we cannot provide a refund. Your purchase will be subject to Apple's applicable payment policy, which also may not provide for refunds.

9. Changes

9.1 This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.

10. Personal and Sensitive User Data

10.1 We do not share your personal data with third parties. All sent or received data is encrypted and protected. No third-party SDKs are used for sensitive data, and no data is stored on our servers.
