Atom AI Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Atom AI application ("Application"), developed and provided by Volvox Mobile ("Volvox Mobile"). Atom AI is a product of Volvox Mobile, and all rights are reserved by Volvox Mobile. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Application.

1. License for Use

Volvox Mobile grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to download and use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this license, you may not:

  • Modify, copy, or reproduce the content of the Application;
  • Use the Application for commercial purposes or public display;
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to obtain the source code of the Application;
  • Remove copyright or other proprietary notices from the Application;
  • Mirror or distribute the content of the Application without permission.

This license is valid only for individual and appropriate use.

2. User Obligations

When using the Application, you must adhere to the following obligations:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
  • Use the Application in compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards;
  • Not interfere with or restrict other users' use of the Application;
  • Not engage in activities that endanger or harm the security of the Application;
  • Not abuse or misuse the Application.

3. User Content

The Application may offer features such as uploading photos and using AI to try on clothing. You are solely responsible for all content you upload, ensuring that:

  • It does not infringe copyright, privacy, or other personal rights;
  • It complies with laws and ethical standards;
  • It does not contain harmful software, viruses, or other malicious content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Atom AI and all its content are the proprietary intellectual property of Volvox Mobile and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
